Dear Neighbor, I believe my constituents when they tell me the United States Postal Service (USPS) is failing its mission.  This week, I spoke with Atlanta News First about significant operational disruptions at the Regional Processing and Distribution Center in Palmetto, GA where my office has heard many complaints. I recognize that millions of Americans rely on mail delivery to receive bills, checks, and medications and that livelihoods depend on USPS to follow through on their word to provide top-tier service.
